generates 128 million GDP per day

How much GDP does Fvg generate.

The Fvg will generate a GDP of 46.7 billion euros in 2024or 128 million per day: a fact that places our region at the top of the Italian rankingseventh based on the ratio of wealth produced every day per single inhabitant, including newborns and over centenarians (and which is equal to 106.8 euros against an Italian average of 99 euros).

This is what the Cgia Mestre study says: in Italy, a GDP equal to 5.8 billion euros. The record belongs to Trentino Alto Adigewhere the GDP per daily inhabitant is equal to 146 euros; on the other side of the ranking, however, the Calabria with 57.9 euros.

Friuli Venezia Giulia’s performance is even better if we talk about it of labor productivityi.e. the ratio between added value (which is GDP minus direct taxes) per standard unit of work (AWU): in this case, the region is sixth in Italy with 216.4 euros per day for Ula.

Going down to the specific territorial, the added value produced by the former province of Udine stands at 18.1 billion euros in 2024; followed by Pordenone with 10.7, then Trieste with 9.1 billion and finally Gorizia with 4.3 billion. The Friuli, therefore, produces double the added value compared to Trieste.

The things change, however, if we look at productivity at work: in this case, the regional primacy belongs to Trieste, where every ULA per day counts almost 241 euros (seventh province in Italy). Pordenone follows, with a productivity of 218.1 euros per day for each standard unit of work; then Udine with 207.2 (39th in Italy) and Gorizia with 206 euros.
