Here we are, the X hour has now come. Euro 2024 will officially kick off this evening at 8.30pm at the Allianz Arena in Munich. Subsequently, the traditional musical show will be staged, also entrusted to the Italian trio Meduzato the American singer Ryan Tedderfrontman of One Republic, and the German artist Leony. Their song ‘Fire’, in fact, has become the soundtrack of Euro 2024. Then it will be the turn of the pitch, with the first match of Euro 2024: Germany-Scotland.

Euro 2024, the national teams favored to win
Looking at the predictions for the final victory of the competition, even if England has a clear advantage due to the economic value of its squad, however according to the 468th CIES Weekly Post Football Observatory it is not the national team indicated as favorite to win Euro 2024. In fact, according to the multiple perspectives taken into consideration, in particular the analysis of the team’s competitiveness, calculated by attributing a score to each based on the minutes played and the level of the matches played by the players called up by the various coaches in the last year, it appears in reality that the national teams favored to win are Germany And Spainwith a respective score of 82.9 and 82.4.
France (82.2) e England (82.1) are the other two most likely semi-finalists, followed by Portugal (80.4). Italy is further away and is in seventh place in this ranking, with a score of 78.8, therefore also behind the Netherlands (79.2).
