Dear Colleagues, Dear Colleagues, on 6 June 2024, the Trade Unions and the Company met for the annual meeting provided for by art. 13 CCNL and for an update on the Italy Plan.
On the occasion of the annual meeting, the HR Italy manager Angelo Carletta updated us on the performance of Nexi’s business, which is increasingly influenced by the context of strong competitiveness at a European level; to counteract this, Nexi sets itself the strategic objective of diversifying its distribution channels by adding more innovative ones, while at the same time supporting the consolidation of traditional banking channels.
With regards to the outsourcing of some of the Italian activities of the Nexi group, as trade union organizations we asked the company for an ad hoc meeting, so as to delve deeper into the topic and have more details on the delocalisation of operations activities, moved to the Romanian branch. With regard to colleagues who have expressed the desire to avail themselves of the redemption of the degree diploma for contribution purposes, they will be contacted individually by the Company to verify their willingness to independently cover the related costs.
Based on the feedback obtained, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject membership of the solidarity fund, possibly defining a specific ranking. Finally, the Trade Unions asked the Company for an update on the progress of the mapping activities of the main professional roles, according to the commitment undertaken by the Company last year with the signing of the CIA.
This topic is particularly sensitive today because it is closely connected with the reorganization process resulting from the Italy Plan.
