MACERATA – Immersed in the beating heart of the Sibillini Mountains, the Municipality of San Ginesio, in collaboration with “Keemar, le Markee Fantastiche”, presents the “San Ginesio Fantasy”. This is an original event that will be held on 15 and 16 June and which will enliven the entire historic center of the medieval village. «Born from the inspiration of the Keemar fantasy trilogy, this festival is designed not only as a cultural event, but as a truly immersive experience that intends to revitalize the areas affected by the earthquake, transforming local storytelling into an epic and engaging adventure» , explain the promoters..
After the test launch last autumn in the hamlet of San Liberato, next weekend the historic center of San Ginesio will welcome the first real and complete edition of the San Ginesio Fantasy.
San Ginesio, with its breathtaking views and its centuries-old history, will become the theater of a fantastic world where adults and children, fantasy enthusiasts and beginners, they can turn into heroes for a day. Through an interactive journey based on Keemar trilogy, participants will be asked to make decisions that will shape their adventure, interacting directly with the book’s characters in scenarios that blend reality with fantasy.

LThe event will offer a rich program of activities: thematic markets with local crafts, fire shows, scenic duels, fencing and ax tournaments as well as conferences dedicated to the legends and myths of the Sibillini. Creative writing courses will be available for those wishing to explore their narrative talent, while the evenings will be enlivened by concerts that promise to enchant audiences under the stars.
And there will be no shortage of food stands that will highlight the typical products of the Marche region with themed preparations.
