A new meeting between Inzaghi’s agent and the Inter managers should take place between tomorrow and Wednesday

This is how the article in La Gazzetta dello Sport opens regarding Inzaghi’s renewal with Inter. Tomorrow or Wednesday there will be a new meeting between the Nerazzurri managers and Inzaghi’s agent, Tullio Tinti. There are possibilities that it could be a decisive meeting for the renewal but there is no certainty yet because the salary and duration of the new contract are still being discussed.
“Because Inzaghi asked for a long agreement, until 2027, therefore two years more than the current agreement set for 2025. And it is a point on which to find an agreement, because the company initially had in mind – just as happened in the last two summers – an extension of just one season. The final point of the economic aspect is already in sight. Inzaghi will have a contract worth 6.5 million euros per season. And part of this salary will be linked to competitions international, therefore bonuses expected based on the various steps achieved in the Champions League and in the Club World Cup on the agenda in a year’s time. The one at the beginning of the week will not be the only summit scheduled for the managers: there will also be a meeting, this time in attendance of the same coach, to plan the next season, in terms of summer dates (meets, friendlies) and transfer market”

If he wins another one, he would equal Herrera and Mancini in first position, with two he would become the most successful manager in Inter’s history.
