BORSO DEL GRAPPA – Fatal accident in the late afternoon today, Sunday 9 June, in Borso del Grappa. A 46-year-old motorcyclist from Bassano lost his life after losing control of his two-wheeler and ending up against a wall. The vehicle also caught fire. The passenger, who was traveling with the man on the scooter, was unharmed.
The firefighters who rushed from Castelfranco Veneto and Bassano del Grappa put out the flames, while the driver and the passenger were rescued by the Suem medical staff. Unfortunately the doctor had to confirm the man’s death. The causes are being investigated by the traffic police.
