The Orange Padelclub of Rome wins the 2024 Italian Padel championship

The Orange Padelclub of Rome wins the 2024 Italian Padel championship, replicating the success of 2022 and places itself at the top of a sporting movement which sees participation in the Serie A, B, C and D championships of the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation of hundreds of teams, part of a movement that has exceeded 3,000 sports facilities and clubs in Italy.
“A prestigious victory but which appears paradoxical, if we think that the Orange Padelclub won the championship but lost its club due to an incomprehensible choice – which will be clarified when it is addressed more carefully – by Roma Capitale”, comments the president of the Sports Center, Guido Tommasi. Which underlines how the reopening announced with great fanfare by the administration will only concern 20% of the plant and hundreds of workers will remain on the streets.
“Who knows if we will be invited to the Capitol to celebrate, as is customary in these cases, this very significant victory. We were treated like criminals after we dedicated 20 years to a project we will be proud of forever. The history of the Orange Padelclub certainly does not end with the sports club thanks to the already renewed support of the sponsors, maintaining and further strengthening a now consolidated team, with three players among the top 100 in the world. Our love for sport cannot be fought”, concludes Tommasi.
