On Thursday 6 June, “Senza remorse”, a 2021 film directed by Stefano Sollima, will be broadcast in prime time and on prime TV on Italia 1. An elite Navy SEAL seeks justice for the murder of his pregnant wife and uncovers a secret plot that threatens to engulf the United States and Russia in all-out war.
The film is based on the novel of the same name by Tom Clancy. The screenplay, however, is handled by Taylor Sheridan, already author of successes such as Sicario by Denis Villeneuve, Hell or High Water, The Secrets of Wind River and Sollima’s Soldado itself. Among the latest projects in which Sheridan took part we find the Yellostone series, with Kevin Costner.
Michael B. Jordan returns to the big screen after “The Right to Oppose”, directed for the first time by the Italian director. This is the fourth feature film for Sollima, after “ACAB – All Cops Are Bastards”, “Suburra” and “Soldado”. Filming of the film Without Remorse, starring Michael B. Jordan, began in Berlin on October 25, 2019 and continued between Washington and Los Angeles.
