(Teleborsa) – TheRevenue Agency-Collection on FiscoOggi recalled that Wednesday 5 June is the last day to pay the fourth installment of the scrapping-quater of the bills. In fact, the five expire days of flexibility additional, provided for by law, compared to the deadline of May 31st. The deadline also applies to taxpayers affected by the May 2023 flood, residing in the territories indicated in Annex 1 to Legislative Decree no. 61/2023 (the Flood Decree) who must pay the third instalment, based on the specific calendar defined for the areas affected.

The deadline concerns i taxpayers in rule with the previous installments. To pay, the forms attached to the communication of the sums due sent by the Revenue Agency-Collection must be used and a copy is also available online.

You can do the payment by connecting to the Collection portal, or with theEquiclick App via pagoPa, the digital platform for payments to the Public Administration. The mode is simple and intuitive. In fact, from the Revenue-Collection Agency portal, simply click on the “pay online” and with a few quick steps you can proceed with the payment. Alternatively, you can use the electronic channels of the banks, the Italian Post Office and all the other payment service providers (PSPs) participating in the pagoPa node.

Taxpayers can also pay to counters physicists of banks, at post offices, at ATMs (ATMs) enabled for C-bill payment services, at tobacconists and betting shops participating in the pagoPa node. Finally, it is possible to pay by going, by appointment, directly to the Revenue Agency-Collection desks. Please remember that in the event that the payment of the fourth installment of the Scrappage-quater is not made, or is made after the deadline or is of a lower amount than the expected amount, the benefits of the definition facilitated and the amount already paid will be considered as an advance on the remaining debt.

The scrapping-quater of loads entrusted to the collection agent from 1 January 2000 to 30 June 2022, introduced by Law of Budget 2023, allows you to pay only the amount due as capital and the amount due as reimbursement of expenses for any enforcement procedures and notification rights. However, the related amounts are not to be paid sanctions, interest registered in the register, interest on arrears and premiums. As for the debts concerning the fines roads or others administrative sanctions (other than those imposed for tax violations or for violation of contributory obligations), sums due as interest (however called, including, therefore, “increases”), as well as those due as premiums, are not to be paid.

According to the law, i taxpayers they could submit the membership application by 30 June 2023, choosing whether to make the payment in a single payment or in a maximum of 18 installments over five years. Subsequently, the Revenue-Collection Agency sent the interested parties the communication of the sums due, i.e. the response letter with the outcome of the request, the list of “scrapped” debts, the amount due and the payment forms.
