DEMAND GROWS and the Group expands. USA and China are the main development countries for Racing Force. “In Asian countries we are having great success in China, where demand is growing strongly, it seems that motorsport is moving and new circuits are being built, including private ones. China is firmly in the RFG top 10, probably even top 5 in the coming years In the USA – reveals Delprato – our headquarters are in Mooresville, the home of all the main motor racing teams in the United States, which is why our headquarters, launched in August 2023, is particularly strategic”. An expansion project is underway at Group level which affects all the main offices of the Genoese company, in particular the offices in Sakhir (Bahrain) and Ronco Scrivia. In Bahrain Racing Force is based within the Grand Prix circuit, the Bahrain International Circuit, and it is here that it develops and produces Bell Racing brand helmets.

The project, which will be completed in September 2024, involved the construction of a second floor of the complex, bringing the total surface area from 7,000 to 12,000 square metres, with an extension of the order of 60%, giving Racing Force Group the opportunity to double the production capacity of the Bell Racing brand, both as regards the ordinary range of racing helmets developed for all automotive disciplines, and to support the diversification programs already underway, such as the development of helmets for the US Air Force . A possible further expansion project in Bahrain is being evaluated, in collaboration with the Shakir F1 circuit, to have stronger management and control of the value chain. Furthermore, in 2023 the Group launched the new headquarters in Moorsville, which has become the main commercial and logistics headquarters of the Group in the United States, a market where Racing Force efforts are concentrating to fuel growth, especially for the OMP brand which enjoys less well-known in the USA than the Group’s most famous brand, Bell. A total expansion, not only abroad, implemented by the Ligurian company which goes hand in hand with an international expansion of the business. In Italy, the expansion of the Ronco Scrivia headquarters will be completed by the summer of next year ( GE), which goes from 8,000 to 12,000 square meters, for a +50% increase in surface area aimed at increasing the production and logistics capacity of the Italian headquarters.

In the development of the project, particular attention was paid to environmental sustainability, with solutions such as the installation of a new photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, a rainwater management network, and the use of “green” materials environmentally friendly, which will allow us to optimize the energy needs of the headquarters. The expansion of the Ronco Scrivia complex will also see the creation of a small museum dedicated to the most important moments of modern society and motorsport.
