Fano is trying to rebuild itself from the foundations after the “tabula rasa” that was created between resignations, abandonments and dismissals by president Salvatore Guida. Who now finds himself practically alone, with a club reduced to just the secretariat and therefore with the need on the part of the leader to rebuild the entire organizational chart. Which should be pretty streamlined in case the Alma were to remain in Excellence where it crashed 58 years after the last time. A disgrace that will have to be erased quickly, but to do so it will be necessary to set up a valuable administrative and technical structure capable of earning the trust of the fans and the city. For this reason, President Guida is probing in different directions in search of people, preferably from Fano, capable of giving credibility to the project to be set up for next season, but so far the “scouting” does not seem to have produced positive results given that some respondents he would have already answered “no, thanks”. On the technical front we will obviously start from the figure of the new sporting director for whom Guida has been examining some interesting profiles for days. The announcement of the new director of the technical area should only be a matter of days, also because it would be useful in any discussions, at the time of payment of emoluments, with those Granata players who have finished the season and who will almost all be released on 30 June .

It would be an opportunity to understand who would be available to stay at Alma next year too, perhaps in Eccellenza if the possible repechage request that the Via Toscanini club has already said it wants to present is not accepted. This could in fact represent the basis on which to then build the team. Although, given the terrible events that the players had to face in the season just ended, not many will want to stay. Furthermore, for some time now there has been talk of the next market movements which would concern the Granata players who have stood out the most in this disastrous season. Starting with Alessandro Mancini, – 33 appearances and 3 goals in the league, which is not bad at all for a central defender – for whom rumors speak of an interest from Avellino. But like him, other young talents are destined to pack their bags.
