FLOOD DAMAGE TIVOLI 2015 – CS MARCO BERTUCCI

(AGENPARL) – Rome, 23 May 2024

(AGENPARL) – Thu 23 May 2024 Lazio Region, Bertucci: “One million euros for Tivoli businesses affected by the 2015 Aniene flood: concrete response to citizens and territory”
“We continue to give answers to citizens. The amendment approved in the May 22nd meeting of the Lazio Regional Council, which provides one million euros for the businesses and commercial activities of Tivoli in compensation for the damage suffered by the businesses and commercial activities of the Lazio municipality following the serious weather events which occurred in October 2015 which led to the flooding of the Aniene and to a real disaster in particular in the areas of Ponte Lucano and Villaggio Adriano, is the confirmation of how this regional administration is present in every centimeter of the Lazio territory, bringing answers and concrete facts even after years. We must thank once again the enormous work that councilor Righini has been carrying out since his inauguration, the political will of the Rocca council and the attention and sensitivity shown by the council majority: the provision is an important piece to look anew to the future with confidence and with the awareness of finally having a regional government at our side that is attentive to its territories and its citizens”, says Marco Bertucci, president of the Budget Commission of the Lazio Regional Council, in a note.
