New connections for summer tourist destinations, cities of art and villages. More intermodal and digital services for the benefit of travellers, to move in an increasingly comfortable and sustainable way, also thanks to new combined solutions with train, bus, ship or plane. There Summer Experience 2024 of the Passenger Hub of the FS Group – made up of Trenitalia (lead company), Busitalia, Ferrovie del Sud Est and FS Treni Turistici Italiani – starts on June 9th 2024 and is enriched with latest generation trains also purchased with PNRR funds directly assigned to Trenitalia. So what are the news of the summer season to and from Liguria?
More services for the Ligurian Riviera, 5 Lands and mountains
They go up to 21 connections between Intercity and Intercity night which will connect the station Monterosso, village of the 5 Terre. Confirmed, from 8 June to 15 September 2024, the extension to Bardonecchiaon weekends, of the route train Genoa-Turin. Furthermore, the Turin-Genoa connection is also extended on weekends Savonathus increasing the offer towards Liguria.

The Espresso Riviera, however, travels from 3 August until the end of September 2024, from Milan to Ventimigliaand crosses the beaches of the Riviera dei Fioriuntil it reaches the French Riviera.
