Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work: A Meeting Organized by Nemetria
Nemetria, an association dedicated to the study of the relationship between “Ethics and Economy” and the organization of seminars, workshops and conferences on economic, financial, ethical and business culture topics, has announced an unmissable event. On May 17th, at the Sala della Pace in Assisi, a meeting entitled “How are jobs changing? Opportunities and social impacts of artificial intelligence”.
The event, which will start at 3.30pm and end at 5.30pm, will be an opportunity to discuss how artificial intelligence is changing the world of work and professions. We will explore the impacts that this technology could have not only in economic terms, but also in social terms.
Participants will include leading figures in the field of artificial intelligence and research. Father Paolo Benanti, professor at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Barbara Caputo, professor of Artificial Intelligence and Director of the Al @PoLiTo Hub of the Polytechnic of Turin, Maria Chiara Carrozza, President of the CNR – National Research Council, Alessandro Curioni, Vice President of IBM Europe and Africa and Director of the IBM Research Center in Zurich, and Monica Poggio, CEO of Bayer Italia.
The meeting will be coordinated by Angelo Maria Petroni, Professor of Logic and Philosophy of Science at La Sapienza and Vice President of Nemetria.
