The European Mediterranean Association, the Cosenza section of the Union of Italian Catholic Jurists, the “Maria Cristina di Savoia” cultural conference in Cosenza and the Universitas Vivariensis, organized a meeting with Msgr. Antonio Staglianò – bishop originally from Isola di Capo Rizzuto (Kr) – and president of the Pontifical Academy of Theology,
The meeting will be held in the conference room of the Hotel San Francesco in Rende (CS) on Friday 17 May 2024, starting at 5.30 pm.
The works will be introduced by the president of the European Mediterranean Association, Francesco Capocasale, greetings from Maria Pia Galasso, president of the “Maria Cristina di Savoia” and the archbishop of Cosenza-Bisignano mons. Giovanni Checchinato. Speakers: Enzo Ferraro, Mariella Chiappetta and Sandro Principe; Fabio Liparoti of the Union of Catholic Jurists moderates.
The conclusions will be by Msgr. Antonio Staglianò, who will talk about the relationship between faith and reason, taking up the themes of his latest book “Rethinking thought, 25 years after Fides et ratio”.
