Was it just an accident or is there specific responsibility for the death of Paolo Berbeglia, the twenty-year-old who lost his life in the accident on the night between Friday and Saturday on the outskirts of Arezzo, in the Ruscello area?
The police investigations have not yet led to any certainty, but the prosecutor’s office, however, opened a case for vehicular homicide, as is the practice in these cases. The prosecutor on duty Laura Taddei could already include Monday 13 May in the suspects’ file the driver of the Polo in which the victim was travelling in the back seat.
He too is born in 2003, like Paolo, and it is natural at this stage that among the hypotheses there are his distraction or an excess of confidence (read speed) in tackling the roundabout on the side of which the car overturned several times, ending his run against the fatal light pole in Berbeglia.
The driver was discharged from the San Donato hospital on Saturday morning, together with his friend who was traveling in the front right seat. AND’ The fourth boy, however, is still hospitalized in intensive care, who was also behind. The prognosis remains very confidential, but the doctors exclude that his life is currently in danger.

The twenty year old he lived in Campriano, on the other side of the Arezzo peripheral belt. In addition to her parents, she leaves behind two older brothers.
