On May 9th it took place at the Unicredit headquarters in Naples via Verdi, the assets of the Uilca Unicredit trade union executives of Campania. They attended the meeting Rosario MingoiaSecretary Head of Uilca Unicredit, Renato BianchiDeputy Secretary, as well as Head of Proselytism Uilca Unicredit, e Mario AzzaroRegional Secretary Uilca Campania.
The meeting was an opportunity to take stock of the trade union situation in Unicredit in light of the ongoing company negotiations, which the Uilca – thanks to the perseverance and tenacity of Rosario Mingoia – is making a contribution of primary importance.
Likewise Renato BianchiTogether Gianluca Faiella – Uilca coordination secretary for the South – highlighted the excellent results achieved by the group – both at national level and in Campania – in terms of membership growth.
Uilca has been busy for some time – thanks to the passionate activity of the Secretary General Fulvio Furlan – in a major national campaign against banking desertification. Primary importance is then given to safety at work, thanks to the “Zero Deaths at Work” campaign carried out at all levels by the UIL.
The meeting saw a broad and participatory discussion which highlighted the importance of group work for more effective trade union action. In this perspective, Gennaro Di FrancoUilca Unicredit Sud Spokesperson Coordinator, is responsible for the Campania Communication Department, reiterated the primary role of communication as a decisive tool for improving the image of a union that is in step with the times and has as its primary objective the overcoming of generational conflicts that the world of work is increasingly being created.
Furthermore, ample space was dedicated to aspects of a training nature thanks to the intervention of Dario FierroUilca regional secretary, who underlined the importance of precise knowledge of legal and contractual regulations for trade union representatives.
