At Macfrut in Rimini the Calabrian food and wine experience wins

The Calabrian food and wine experience and the story of the territories through authentic and quality productions and the traditional recipes of the Barbieri family conquers the Macfrut of Rimini.

From the Consortium of the Cedar of Calabria to the Consortium for the protection of the Bergamot of Reggio Calabria PDO, from the Clementines of Calabria to the Red Onion of Tropea Calabria PGI and then, again, from the fresh pasta flavored with lemon to the zafarani cruschi, passing from the Patate della Sila, to the preserves, from fennel from Isola Capo Rizzuto, to extra virgin olive oil.

These are just some of the ingredients which, through cooking shows and tastings carried out by the brigade which includes among its performers in the kitchen also Laura Barbieri and its capable staff, are literally winning over the visitors of the well-attended 2024 edition.

They also won over the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Francesco Lollobrigida who, accompanied by the regional councilor for agriculture Gianluca Gallo did not miss his stop at the stand of the Calabria Region and his appreciation for the quality of the proposal. (rrm)
