Renault is working on a new electric Twingo which should arrive in 2026 and be offered on the market with a starting price of less than 20,000 euros. Meanwhile, the French car manufacturer continues to offer the current Twingo E-Tech Electric, a model that has already been on the market for some years and which can count on a engine 60 kW (82 HP) and 160 Nm. The whole thing is powered by one battery with a capacity of 22 kWh which allows the car to travel 190 km according to the WLTP cycle (270 km in the urban cycle).
Maximum speed of 135 km/h. The battery can only be recharged in alternating current up to a maximum power of 22 kW. The CCS Combo for direct current fast charging is not available. How much does it cost Renault Twingo E-Tech Electric in Italy?

All versions of the electric Twingo are included in the incentives given that the car costs less than the limit of 35,000 euros plus VAT, i.e. 42,700 euros. With the current scheme you can get a bonus of 5,000 euros with scrapping or 3,000 euros without an old car to scrap.
Towards the end of May the new Ecobonus 2024 should come into force which will allow you to obtain a decidedly higher discount for the purchase of an electric car, even over 13,000 euros with the scrapping of an old car up to Euro 2 and ISEE under 30,000 euros.

Incentives without scrapping
Even without an old car to scrap, the regulation still provides for a contribution of 6,000 euros which rises to 7,500 euros with an ISEE under 30,000 euros.
