Scooter-car collision: a 37-year-old dies in hospital, a 29-year-old at the wheel of the vehicle who immediately stopped
One death: this is the toll of the accident which occurred around 4am today, 9 May, at the intersection between via Prenestina and via Prenestina Nuova. The accident involved a Yamaha scooter and a Fiat 500.
After the collision, the motorcyclist, a 37-year-old Italian, was transported to the Tor Vergata Polyclinic, where he subsequently died. The driver of the Fiat 500, a 29-year-old Italian man, who stopped to provide first aid, was taken to the Tor Vergata Polyclinic for the usual toxicological tests.
The local police of Gruppo IV Tiburtino are on site for the investigations. The White Helmets have the task of verifying the exact dynamics of what happened.
