The girls of Asd Volley Sermoneta won the 1st Territorial Division championship with 63 points and were promoted to regional D chairs!
The creators of this success were Elisabetta Varuni (k), Dafne Cordella, Cristina Andreol, Giada Fedele, Laura Bignardi, Martina Di Napoli, Chiara Calandrini, Asia Grammatico, Giulia Raponi, Beatrice Balboni, Chiara Di Napoli, Agnese Stipo, Giulia Minutoli, Giulia Fraschetti and Melissa Prata, guided and prepared by the first coach Marco Pavani, the 2nd coach Daniele Balboni, the manager Stefano Raponi and of course the president of Volleyball Sermoneta Antonio Miccinatti, with the supervision of the youth sector coordinator Sonia Caldon. Volley Sermoneta, which trains at the municipal gym of Pontenuovo, is an established reality in the provincial panorama with 120 members and a great desire to grow.
“An extraordinary result for sport and for Sermoneta”, commented the mayor Giuseppina Giovannoli and the sports councilor Giuseppe Corelli, “the fruit of everyone’s work, passion and commitment: athletes, technicians, managers”.
Second place in the championship was won by Pallavolo Futura Terracina 92 (58 points), third place for Pianeta Volley Aprilia (54), followed by Top Volley Cisterna (42) and Lions Volley Latina (40).
