AgenPress. Yulia Navalnya called Vladimir Putin a “liar, thief and murderer” minutes before the start of the swearing-in ceremony as the Russian president begins his fifth term as president.
“With him at the helm, our country will have neither peace, nor development, nor freedom,” he added, referring to the attack launched by the Russian army against Ukraine. “This war is bloody and senseless and no one wants it except Putin,” Yulia Navalnya said.
“In each of his terms, the situation gets worse and it is scary to imagine what will happen as long as Putin remains in power,” citing the hundreds of political prisoners in Russia, who endure inhumane conditions.
“We must make sure that no one in the world believes Putin, neither in Russia nor outside its borders,” Navalnaya said.
