800 g of potatoes
1 egg
120 g of provola
200 g of broccoli
80 g of grated Parmigiano Reggiano
salt to taste
breadcrumbs to taste

We put the lid on and let it cook on high heat. We can turn it off after 30-40 minutes, but the time depends on the size of the potatoes. We can insert the tines of a fork into the center of the potato and if they come out easily it means that the potatoes are cooked.
