He had arrived within a few hundred meters of his house when the deceased scooter rider in the Frosinone area suddenly fell to the ground
He died a few hundred meters from his home, towards which he was heading with his scooter: Antonio Porretta, 45, suddenly fell to the ground around 2.50 am and died instantly. It happened along via Cellaro in Sorain the province of Frosinone.
118 health personnel intervened on site but were only able to confirm the death of the scooter rider. Now the Carabinieri of the Sora Company are reconstructing the dynamics and for this reason they have seized the motorcycle. Nothing is ruled out at the moment: from the sudden passage of a wild boar which made Antonio Porretta fall and hit his head, to his sudden illness while he was practically a stone’s throw from home.
No potholes that could have caused the vehicle to lose control were detected on the asphalt of Via Cellaro, in the area of the accident. A passer-by who noticed the motionless body on the ground gave the alarm to the police. The body is now in the Mortuary Room of the Sora cemetery where the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Cassino will decide the type of tests to be carried out.
