Collision between scooter and car: two very young people transferred to the Torrette hospital in Ancona. This is the outcome of the accident which occurred around 5pm. in the Vaglie district, in Pollenza.
Riding the moped there were a boy and a girl, both 15 years old. Once the alarm was raised, the 118 emergency vehicles rushed to the scene. The emergency operators, having provided the necessary first aid, requested the help of the air ambulance, given the traumas suffered by the teenagers, who remained conscious throughout the entire duration of on-site treatment.
The girl was loaded into an air ambulance and urgently transferred to the Torrette hospital in Ancona. The other minor also ended up in the Doric hospital, still in code red, but by ambulance due to bad weather which blocked the second rescue aircraft. Investigations are underway by the Carabinieri, who are responsible for reconstructing the dynamics of what happened.
