Conviction on appeal: Juventus ‘won’

Sentence increased on appeal: Juventus won. In fact, it was the club that filed the complaint against the pressure suffered

The Court of Appeal of Turin has increased the sentences against members of the organized Juventus fans. This came out of the trial, with Juventus having triggered the complaint due to the pressure suffered.

The trial, called Last Banner, started precisely after the complaint to the Digos of the Piedmontese club and the Turin judges – reports Calcio e Finanza – brought the overall sentence to Dino Mocciola to eight years in prison (compared to the four years and ten months inflicted in the first instance). For Salvatore Cava, Sergio Genre, Umberto Toia And Giuseppe Franzo the sentences are respectively four years and seven months, four years and six months, four years and three months, three years and 11 months of imprisonment.

Conviction on appeal, here is the sentence
