The FLCG CGIL announces the fourth meeting of the technical table on the PNRR which took place on 29 April at the Ministry in the presence of the trade union organisations.
The Mission Unit has announced an interlocution with the MEF for check the possibility of a adjustment of deadlines and of provide an interim advance to schools suffering from cash advances on supplies.
Furthermore, the most frequently announced is coming kit for defining tasks and assigning them to economic operators relating to the actions envisaged for STEM and Multilingualism (DM 65/2023) while further investigation is still necessary for the issuing of operational instructions on the investment line of territorial gaps (DM 19/2024).
By the end of May – the Union says – the advance payments will be made for the start of the activities planned for STEM and Multilingualism and for the digital transition (DM 65 and DM 66). However, instructions relating to the management of the funds of the sized schools are not provided since the dimensional data itself, according to the Mission Unit, will not be available before the end of August.
The FLC CGIL has “declared the insufficiency of the Administration’s responses and underlined for the umpteenth time all the critical issues relating to the management of PNRR funds that, even at this table, they did not find concrete evidence“.
The Union also underlined the following aspects: “the stringent deadlines, the enormous workloads of the DS, DSGA and secretariats now collapsing, the lack of extension of school collaborators, the problem of cash advances, the slowdown in supplies by companies which is creating problems in the reporting phase to schools, the salaries of school directors“.
