The latest on the player’s future: Giuntoli working to try to convince his entourage to join Juventus
It’s going to be a hot summer for Juventus and his fans. The Bianconeri want to return to being protagonists on the market and the main attention will be directed above all to the midfield.
Having lost Pogba, in fact, it requires at least one purchase of depth and quality, which can make the difference right away. Giuntoli and his men, however, will also have to understand what will happen to the future of Adrien Rabiot. The Frenchman has an agreement expiring next year June 30th and the risk of saying goodbye to another key player is really high.
The former Napoli sporting director, however, has not yet lost hope and is working to try to convince the player’s entourage. Giuntoli is thus trying to find an agreement with his mother and agent Veronica and last Saturday, on the sidelines of the match against Milan, there was contact between the parties.
Juve-Rabiot, the point on the renewal
The renewal issue remains open but time is running out. Before the start of the European Championships – the start is set for the next one June 14th – Rabiot would like to have clear ideas at least regarding the Juventus.
A renewal, this time, is unlikely to be only for one year and compared to last summer an even greater sacrifice is needed. It seems complicated, in fact, that the Frenchman could decide to settle for a figure lower than 7.5 million euros net per season. A lot of money, now even more, with the abolition of the Growth Decree. Juve reflects, knowing that an important sacrifice will be needed to convince Rabiot.
Without the signature, the Frenchman would leave Turin and clearly fly abroad and his most probable destination appears to be Premier League, although the possibility of a transfer to Germany cannot be ruled out to wear the shirt of Bayern Monaco. Just a few more days and we will know: the negotiation for Rabiot’s renewal will certainly not take long.
