They might as well both be true, with a Pixel 8a more expensive than the 7a in Canada and a stable price in the USA. It’s a question of exchange between currencies, the fluctuations in the value of one currency compared to another cause the price of a good in a country to increase, decrease or remain stable. The fact that the Pixel 8a may cost as much as the 7a in the USA tells us nothing about the trend we will see in Europe.
