The assistance desks, managed by the commissioner structure, will also be active in the month of May for citizens and businesses – accompanied by their technicians authorized to prepare sworn appraisals – who are filling out the applications to be submitted via the Sfinge platform for the reimbursement of damages suffered during the floods last May. As regards Ravenna, the days relating to the first two weeks of May have currently been defined: Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th, Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th, always from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
At the moment, appointments can be booked on the 7th, 8th and 14th. From tomorrow 1st May you will also be able to make an appointment for the 15th. Further dates will be communicated in the next few days. The municipal administration has made adequate spaces available, in the office complex in viale Berlinguer 30, and all the necessary logistical support. Citizens and businesses, accompanied by their respective technicians authorized to prepare sworn appraisals, they are received by appointment and there are two channels available for booking: the IT platform, to use which you must authenticate via Spid, reachable at the link https://servizionline.comune.ra.it/web/prenotazioni/benvenuto and the telephone number 0544.485080, active from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
