Double accident on the A4, junction closed and queues on the motorway

Double accident this morning on the A4.

Very heavy traffic since the morning of today, Tuesday 30 April, on the A4 motorway towards Trieste, also due to two accidents that occurred along the road. Slowdownsindicated by the variable message panels, are trained since 7 along the stretch between San Donà di Piave and the Portogruaro hub.

Precisely along this route an hour later, around 8.00, between Cessalto and San Stino at kilometer 437, a first accident occurred that he saw involved two heavy vehicles and three light vehicles. The toll is one person injured, not seriously. The accident caused further queues.

A few minutes later, along the queue that had formed, at kilometer 433, occurred another collision between two heavy vehicles. One of these has lost the load of paper. The staff of the motorway concessionaire, 118, the firefighters, the traffic police for the surveys and the mechanical emergency vehicles are on site and are removing the vehicles and material as quickly as possible to avoid further traffic jams. To allow all operations was the Cessalto junction closed towards Trieste.
