Romance, cuisine and controversy in the Monday 29 April episode of The Island of the Famous. A lot happened but, without a doubt, the key moment was the video revealed of Francesco Benigno’s actions, which then led to his expulsion.

In the previous episode there was talk of hypocrisy on the part of those who pointed fingers. Here, we can say that the passing of the days is causing some firm principles of coexistence and collaboration to disappear. The group rallied against Artur and, independently, decided to remove him from the role of leader. Something that had never happened before, due to the fact that he would have hidden the anti-mosquito spray, taking it away from the availability of others. This is the accusation of the castaways, especially Joe Bastianich. Valentina Vezzali is also on the attackwho lashed out at Greta, guilty of having opened a coconut on her own initiative. Controversy also over Samual and Araswent to collect wood independently, ignoring all the others, who should have participated.

Samuel Peron and Amatriciana, rating: 4
Opportunity makes the thief, as was said in the previous episode. Who wouldn’t eat stolen rice while starving? Samuel Peron was sure he could resist temptation, but he collapsed when faced with a pot of Amatriciana. First of the tasting group, he used more seconds than anyone else of the maximum 2 minutes available. He ate many portions, even stealing some to take with him, which is prohibited. The result? There are those who ate little and those who barely ate.

After the controversy sparked by Francesco Benigno himself on social media, Luxuria revealed the video that led to his expulsion from the reality show. The actor decided to have a tough confrontation with Artur, who he said was guilty of talking behind his back.
It is immediately clear that Benigno is looking for a reaction. Very tense, he can control his words and gestures up to a certain point. He slowly approaches the boy, until he is in close contact with him. Artur places a hand between himself and him, which ends up an inch from the other castaway’s face.
The result is a bar attack interrupted by Daniele’s intervention and, probably, by the presence of cameras. Something unworthy, which recalls the people who on the street, due to an argument about traffic, are ready to physically clash with anyone, as if they had nothing to lose. To deny that this is enough for a disqualification is absurd.
