Unibasket Lanciano Under 15 wins the European Youth Basketball League

With an amazing comeback, the Unibasket Lanciano Under 15 wins the European Youth Basketball League in Romania and takes the title of Superchampion.

After a tough and difficult match, he manages to beat the Germans of BBA Ludwigsburg (62-66 final), and so the joy of coach Fabio Di Tommaso’s boys can finally explode. It should be remembered that the Under 15 Eccellenza was born in synergy with Pescara Basket, which therefore actively contributed to this success.

“A sensational success – say the president Carlo Valentinetti and the general manager Valerio Di Battista – and with great prestige which now certifies the European status of Excellence of our team, born from the common vision and shared with the friends of Pescara Basket. A victory that rewards the clubs and managements for the sacrifices, investments, passion and a sporting project that has led Lanciano and Pescara to win not only trophies, but also the esteem and respect of the most important continental basketball clubs. Congratulations to the boys and to the technical staff for this umpteenth Rossoneri-tinged victory, in the knowledge that the best goals will be those to be written together again.”

In Romania there were four clear victories against Inter Bratislava (Slovakia), Buba Basket (Bulgaria), London Élite (England) and BBA Ludwigsburg (Germany).
