CAVALLINO/CASARANO (Lecce) – Two fires in a few in Salento between Cavallino and Casarano.

It all happened around 3.20 in via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto, where a team of firefighters from the Lecce provincial command intervened to tackle the fire involving a Ford Fiesta.
The firefighters’ extinguishing and clean-up operation avoided further damage to people and property, guaranteeing public and private safety.
At the moment, as mentioned, the causes that caused the fire are being investigated by the competent authorities.
When there was a quarter of an hour left before the stroke of one, however, in Casarano, a team of firefighters from the Gallipoli detachment intervened on the SP 174 via Supersano, to put out a fire that was affecting a truck used for transporting animals. , owned by CB, aged 68 years.
