The accidents in Palermo
Mysterious accident in Palermo. A man appears to have been hit by a tram in Corso dei Mille, near the Piazza hotel institute, not far from the bus terminus. The victim of the accident would have been stuck between the rails and the wall that runs alongside the tracks and, as the tram passed, he would have suffered various injuries. Not a direct and frontal investment, therefore. The unfortunate person appears to have been rescued by a passing motorist who witnessed the scene and taken to the Buccheri La Ferla hospital by the same motorist. “Rescue was sent – they say from Amat – but no one was found near the accident. We have recovered the images to reconstruct what happened and establish responsibilities.” After a long sequence of accidents, especially with damage to vehicles and some even to people, a sequence which had covered a short period of time, accidents along the tracks had decreased significantly to the point of almost disappearing.
