A sudden fire hit a house in Terracina during the night, causing damage to the structure and alarming the residents. Last night, this fire hit a terraced house in via Anxur in Terracina, causing partial damage to the structure. The episode woke up all the residents of the street, worried about what was happening: fortunately no one was injured in the accident and all the surrounding houses were safe to use.

The fire
The police and firefighters intervened immediately after the fire was reported to ensure the safety of people and to put out the flames which had quickly spread to the facade of the building. The Terracina firefighters, assisted on site by the carabinieri of the mobile radio section and the Terracina station, worked for a long time to contain the fire and prevent further damage.
The accident, which was not malicious, appears to have been caused by a problem with the functionality of an external boiler in the house, which caused the fire. At least this is what the carabinieri of the Terracina company ascertained on site, coordinated by Lieutenant Massimo Marennala.
The boiler that caused the flames was located on one of the terraces of the terraced house. The flames, fueled by the methane that powered the system, then spread to the other side of the building, causing damage to the facade. Despite the damage caused by the flames on the external facade of the terraced house, no damage was reported inside the house involved in the fire and fortunately, no person living in the neighborhood nor the residents of the house in question were injured or intoxicated. It could certainly have been worse.
