“The councilors Ticci, Atria and Giovannini denounce yet another anti-democratic behavior of this PD-led administration which has decided NOT to include 2 questions in the Council. Beyond the technicalities and peremptory terms, what seems to be missing is transparency and the desire to inform citizens.
This is the last council in which political issues can be discussed, but it seems that the citizens’ requests have been ignored once again. The municipal regulation to which they appeal must be respected, certainly, but under normal conditions and these are very similar. The questions concerned the failure to prepare the Arboreal Budget of the Verde di Borgo (mandatory by law) and the expenses incurred by taxpayers for events linked to the PNRR, including *aperitifs and *live music. Is it perhaps too inconvenient for this council to address these issues in a live public meeting?
Written responses will still arrive, in our opinion they are not enough, but as soon as we receive them you will be informed!
Here dear citizens, perhaps the time has come to decide on the Borgo that will come: free, democratic and connected to the real and daily problems of people and not aimed at solving problems of positions. In our opinion without this political class that administers.”
