Thus, thanks to the interest and organizational participation of the teacher Annamaria Di Marzio, the experiment of recycling used oil into bars of soap was given life. Experiment explained and performed by professor Marco Protopapa and two of his students.
The experiment was carried out to explain the recycling of used oil to the children of the second class of the Santa Chiara private primary school in Santa Maria delle Mole, who this year carried out the “Environment and recycling” project.
New life for used oil
L’exhausted oil at home, for example, what is left over from frying, for example, can really do a lot of damage, and leads to a lot of waste if it is not disposed of correctly or, better yet, recycled, in a useful and effective way.
Bilbiopop’s initiative is part of an important process of raising awareness – starting with the younger generations – about the reuse of waste that is highly harmful to the environment, but which can become a resource at home.
