The climate crisis is finally finding more space in the Italian media landscape. But how do we talk about it? Often, unfortunately in a generic and generalist way, when instead naming the companies and businesses responsible would be fundamental. Tracing the chain of responsibility for global phenomena, such as water scarcity in the Middle East, the greenwashing of fossil multinationals, PFAS pollution in Europe and the diversion of European funds for the ecological transition, is even more difficult. An overall and long-term vision is needed. And above all we need funds, time and cross-border collaborations. But the tools are there.
