Electricity and gas bills, there is the bonus from the Municipality

The municipal council, on the proposal of the mayor Clemente Mastella and the councilor for social policies Carmen Coppola, has approved an extraordinary and one-off measure to support families for the payment of electricity and gas utilities. Residents in the Municipality of Benevento for at least 12 months with an ordinary ISEE or a valid ISEE with values ​​equal to or not exceeding 12,000 euros will be able to access the measure.

They must be the holders of the electricity/gas utilities relating to the home for which they are requesting a contribution and must not have benefited from the automatic government bonus on their bills starting from 1 January 2024, nor be beneficiaries of inclusion income for an amount equal to or greater than 400 euros.

The social vouchers will be assigned following approval of the final ranking and will be credited to the beneficiaries’ postal or bank accounts. The public notice containing the methods for submitting requests will be published in the next few days on the Municipality’s website.
