THE HUNDRED
Born in Turin, where since 2009 it has been the most loved and best-selling handbook for Piedmontese gourmands, the I Cento guide has chronicled many Italian squares over the years: Milan, Rome, Florence, Genoa, Bari. And now, in 2024, it arrives Naples thanks to the support of GESAC – Management Company of the airports of Naples and Salerno, with the aim of offering the many tourists arriving at the airport an innovative guide that enhances the excellence of a city inextricably linked to its catering. The Cento is an independent and free guide, rigorous and entertaining: the authors are those of the “mother” edition, Stefano Cavallito & Alessandro Lamacchia – gourmet lawyers, authors of “La Repubblica” for thirty years – and Luca Iaccarino, collaborator of the “Corriere della Sera” and food editor of EDT; with them Luciana Squadrilli, one of the best Italian food and wine writers. “More than food critics, we are chroniclers of a hundred food stories in a city that could tell a thousand.”
