Promotion: golden points for Selargius and Orrolese, the big teams win in group B

Eight advance matches were played today in the Promotion, valid for the 30th matchday. In group A, Atletico Cagliari blocks (0-0) second-placed Castiadas. Terralba, third, beats Arborea (2-1) and moves within four points of the Sarrabesi. Three golden points for the Orrolese in terms of salvation. Marco Marcialis’ team defeats Guspini (2-0). Also for Selargius a very precious victory (0-2) on the Villamassargia pitch.

In group B, all the big teams win. Success (1-2) suffered and comeback for the league leaders Nuorese in the away match against Marco Piras’ Santa Giusta. Alghero overwhelms Posada (0-4) and remains within one point. While Usinese maintains a three-point gap from the top thanks to the victory (2-3) against Luogosanto. Finally, striker Filippo Littarru’s Ovodda sinks Macomerese (3-0).

Tomorrow (4pm) the picture will be completed. In group A: Calcio Pirri-Arbus, Cus Cagliari-Tortolì, Gialeto-Gonnosfanadiga, Idolo-Verde Isola and Monastir-Lanusei; in group B: Bonorva-Abbasanta, Coghinas-Porto Torres, Lanteri-Tuttavista, Sennori-Siniscola and Stintino-Fonni.
