On the occasion of the honorary degrees awarded to Mattarella and Pahor.
Was a great honor and a great emotion for them students and students of Ial Fvg participate in the preparations and final setup for the two’s lunch presidents, Sergio Mattarella, president of the Italian Republic, and Borut Pahorpresident emeritus of the Republic of Slovenia, organized in the Prefecture in Trieste on the occasion of the awarding of the honorary degree of the Julian University on Friday 12 April.
The following were involved in the event classes 3/a chef, 3/a and 4/a waiter and bar and 3/a hairdressers of the Trieste Tourist Hotel Center and 2nd part of the course Tourism promotion and management services officer at the Ial headquarters in Latisana.
In the official commemorative photo, taken by the Quirinale staff in the Prefecture and made available in recent days, the students alongside the two Presidents. The Ial Fvg delegation that accompanied the classes, led by general director Ial Fvg Gabriele De Simone, it was made up of maître teachers Gianluca Patruno, Roberto Icolari and Giuliano Maragna, give them chef Walter Caichiolo and Riccardo Stante, come on teachers Viviane Ronchetti and Leonardo Mantovani, Ial Fvg coordinator who oversaw the direction of the event.
Excellent fish-based menu with typical local products and flavours proposed for such an important table from an institutional point of view: welcome with a salad of local cuttlefish and Fossalon asparagus, followed by scampi risotto with its bisque and Tergeste oil, fillet of San Pietro with capers and fennel puree. Exotic touch for dessert with hot date cake, cocoa and fruit ice cream, and a coffee to finish.
In combination fine DOC wines produced by the Villa Russiz company. Behind the scenes, before lunch, the contribution given to the event was essential and professional “aesthetic” preparation of the students by the 3rd class of hairdressers of the Ial of Trieste, coordinated by the teacher Antonella Calabretti.
