Bari – Monte Sant’Angelo. With a recent provision of the Court of Appeal of Baripresident doctor Francesca La Malfain reform of the sentence issued on 11 December 2020 by the Gup of the Court of Foggia, was acquitted “for not having committed the crime” Aldo Ciliberti02.08.2000 resident in Monte Sant’Angelo.
The 24-year-old, defended by the lawyer Innocenza Starace of the Foggia Court, was sentenced to one year and 9 months, 10 days, of prison on charges of aggravated theft.
In particular, with facts committed on 04.06.2019, Ciliberti was charged because, in collaboration with RM (2002, a minor), he took possession of a yellow gold necklace woven with small pendantstaking the necklace from (…), by introducing the aforementioned offended person into the home, damaging the entrance door, with the aggravating circumstance of having committed the crime with violence against things.
