ROME (ITALPRESS) – The Vice President and Councilor for Economic Development of the Lazio Region, Roberta Angelilli, and the Commissioner of the Lazio Industrial Consortium, Professor Raffaele Trequattrini, met all the members of the industrial body. A double meeting organized at the headquarters of the Lazio Region dedicated one to members of the public part and the other to those of the private part. At the center of the discussion is the reform project involving the Lazio Industrial Consortium.
“A broad discussion full of food for thought on the new season that the Industrial Consortium is preparing to experience – stated the Vice President and Councilor for Economic Development of the Lazio Region Roberta Angelilli and the Commissioner of the Lazio Industrial Consortium Professor Raffaele Trequattrini – We met all members of the Consortium, public and private. It was a fundamental moment of analysis and discussion which will inevitably have to pass through the rewriting of the Statute. A tool that must be streamlined, practical and responsive to the needs of businesses and the local area.”
“We are working together along these lines, the Industrial Consortium and the Lazio Region: on the discussion table there is a careful analysis of the legal form that the organization will have to take, of the formation of the governance, of the expansion of the corporate structure with the entry of those Municipalities that want to join the Consortium. Another aspect, absolutely primary, concerns the mission of the Consortium which will have to be expanded and made much more modern and functional to the requests we receive from companies. Our industrial areas have changed profoundly and it is necessary for the Consortium to adapt by becoming increasingly smart. From the members we found full agreement on these points and great willingness to work together to achieve this objective which will open the new phase of the Consortium”. Commissioner Trequattrini added on the sidelines of the two meetings: “Together with Vice President Angelilli, whom I thank for her decisive support, we are working hard to achieve this result which will allow us to give ever greater strength to the Consortium and to the industrial development of the whole of Lazio ”.
