Car catches fire, woman manages to get out in time

So much fear on Monday evening, around 4.20pm, along the Salaria road in Colli del Tronto, where a car caught fire. Moments of panic, at the crossroads, in front of the TGM shoe shop, where the Citroen C 3, driven by a woman, who was traveling along the road, caught fire. The car was suddenly engulfed in flames, which spread within a few minutes and completely destroyed it, smoke invaded the street and those who live in the neighborhood immediately raised the alarm. The woman who was driving, fortunately, abandoned the vehicle at the start of the fire and managed to save herself and remain unharmed, but they were moments of great tension. A team of firefighters from the provincial command of Ascoli quickly arrived on site and put out the fire, but the vehicle was heavily damaged. The police also intervened at the site of the fire to carry out legal investigations. A lot of fear, but luckily there were no injuries or serious consequences, only traffic problems which suffered severe slowdowns.
