The meeting held in the Lazio Regional Directorate to resolve the blocking of the regional mobility ranking which had arisen from a unilateral decision of the Administration and which had led all the trade union organizations to ask for its withdrawal was concluded with a meeting minute.
With this report it is determined that:
- the staff who are usefully placed in the ranking will be transferred on 3 June;
- Colleagues who were winners following renunciations will also be transferred by July 1st.
We know well that the situation that has emerged from the failure to publish the ranking of new hires is causing many problems due to the chronic lack of staff, but we believe that it is also right that the staff who have been waiting for years to be able to change offices have finally achieved this goal . Also because in the end we are talking about 22 people. We are also satisfied with how the USB-PI contributed to achieving a resolution to the problem.
The regional director also informed us that the assistants who come from mobility between institutions will be hired by the end of May. It’s not much but it’s already something.
Finally, we want to publicly thank the director for the sensitivity shown at the beginning of the meeting in which he remembered the Suviana workplace victims and the importance, also in our administration, of prevention regarding safety at work.
The meeting was adjourned to April 23 on the analysis of the methods for a possible scrolling of the 2023 regional voluntary mobility ranking.
