Blind tastings of extra virgin olive oil: Monini at the top of the Big producers

Monini in first place for quality among the Big producers of extra virgin olive oil. Yes, because the Umbrian company won the international Sol d’Oro competition, now in its 22nd edition and considered among the most important in the world. The recognition was obtained with the Monocultivar Coratina, already recognized as the best organic extra virgin oil in the world by the World’s Best Olive Oil.

Monini at the top among the Big producers The prestigious olive oil competition is organized in blind tastings and this year recorded a record number of participants, with 450 samples sent by Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Croatian, Slovenian, Portuguese, French, Greek, Algerian, Moroccan and Tunisian producers. An international team of expert tasters judges the extra virgin olive oils.
