But yesterday’s 0-0 is also the demonstration of how with a little attention and by giving up dangerous but useless dribbles in their own penalty area, the teams facing the Viola have found the best antidote for the Italian team: long throw to evade high pressing or, during the defensive phase, great concentration and density in their own penalty area, leaving the Viola with sterile possession of the ball. […] The result is that access to the semi-finals, which after the benevolent draw seemed if not obvious at least within reach, now risks becoming quite complicated.
