And it did so for many years, until 2054. We do not know objectively what the criteria were used to put up this ranking, we know that Roma is in this ranking but, so to speak, also the Turin which according to calculations should win it in 2052. Science fiction? We will see. In any case, let’s see when Roma should win it.
Here’s when Roma will win the Champions League
Let’s start from the assumption that there are many teams in this special ranking. And the first Italian that should win it after the last time – when it happened to Inter in 2010 – should be exactly twenty years later, and that is to say in 2030, the Milan. In 2044 it will then be the Nerazzurri’s turn again while between 2047 and 2048 the Nerazzurri could triumph Juventus.
However, before Inter and Juventus it could be the turn Rome. Who knows who the coach will be in 2036, who knows if the Friedkin family will still be there to lead the Giallorossi club. The fact is that that would be precisely the year in which the Romans should win the top European competition which, as we know, from next year will have a totally different structure from how we have known it up to now, with more matches and with more teams in game. And we hope that the Rome could be there right away. It wouldn’t be bad at all.
